How to Request a Refund

• Your order number (from your Paddle receipt)
• Email address used for purchase
• Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

What's Not Refundable

• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products where you've already received and used the files (we still offer refunds, but this applies)
